We have an extensive gym open to the public outside of school hours at very competitive rates for monthly memberships.

We have a range of classes available for all fitness levels and also an holistic therapist on site offering many therapies to relax you after a good workout.

We are a friendly gym which is open to everyone with all needs and abilities. We know that the big corporate gyms can be intimidating and that's why we are here to make keeping fit and healthy an option for everybody.

We are open to suggestions if there are any classes you would like to see added to our timetable. We try to cover many interests and have classes for all ages and abilities.
